To get Zanzibar Seafarers Documents you must Submit the following Endorsments Documents

For National Seafarers

  • Recent passport-sized photograph with white background (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
  • Copy of Passport Document
  • Copy of National Identity Card Document
  • Copy of STCW Qualification Basic training Documents
  • Copy of Letter of intent for familiarization
  • The Fee of TZS 75,000 for Seafarer's Book
  • The Fee of TZS 25,000 for Identity Document
  • The Fee of TZS 35,000 for Boat Master License
  • The Fee of TZS 35,000 for Boat Engineer License
  • The Fee of TZS 20,000 for Crew Identity Document
  • The Fee of TZS 100,000 for Boarding Ofiicer Badge Document
  • The Fee of TZS 40,000 for Medical Fitness Document
